In a hurry to have a code converted to hg, but without enough time to debug the broken bzr support on tailor, I ended up changing the bzr2svn script to do the same for hg. bzr2hg.py here. Crappy as his ancestor.

Patching revisions from a bazaar branch to a subversion working copy and commiting them one by one. This only what this script does.
